- Supervise and mentor the IT support team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations;
- Assign tasks and manage workloads to ensure IT staff are effectively supporting the school’s technology infrastructure;
- Oversee the support and maintenance of the school's hardware, software, networks, and other technology systems;
- Ensure timely resolution of technology-related issues, including troubleshooting, system repairs, and upgrades;
- Maintain and monitor servers, networks, workstations, wireless networks, and classroom technologies;

- Develop and maintain timelines, budgets, and resources for IT projects;
- Ensure successful implementation of IT projects in collaboration with school leadership and other departments;
- Manage procurement of IT equipment, software, and supplies in collaboration with school leadership and budgeting departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Holding a master degree is appreciated;
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support or network administration, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role;
- Experience in a K-12 school or educational environment is highly preferred;
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively;
- Expertise in network management, hardware troubleshooting, and IT support;
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff and users;
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Campus Principal

- Oversee HR Admin functions to support the school operation smoothly;
- Evaluate instructors and other staff members to ensure that the standardized curriculum is adhered to, and identify areas of improvement;
- Discipline students according to school policy and enforce campus rules, such as the dress and attendance policy;
- Collaborate with teachers, parents and students to provide the best education for each and assist them in their academic and professional goals;
- Participate in hiring, training and other employment activities for instructors and secondary staff members to create a dynamite team;
- Provide guidance and counseling services to students on their academic or vocational goals and offer assistance with behavioral modification programs;
- Lead professional development programs for staff and encourage instructors to attend regional conferences to maintain the best academic programs;
- Establish curriculum guidelines in collaboration with other administrators and instructors in the school district, and ensure that guidelines are adhered to;

Senior HR Officer

- Receive, verify, and record employee attendance, leave requests (annual leave, sick leave, special leave, etc.);
- Maintain up-to-date leave records and balances;
- Ensure proper documentation and timely approvals in accordance with HR policy;
- Communicate with supervisors and line managers regarding employee absences;
- Prepare and update employment contracts for new hires, renewals, and amendments;
- Ensure all contracts comply with labor laws and internal regulations;
- Keep digital and physical records of signed contracts in an organized and secure manner;

Chief Academic Officer for Mandarin Chinese

- Develop and implement a comprehensive Mandarin Chinese curriculum aligned with national/international standards (e.g., ACTFL, HSK);
- Lead the academic strategy for Mandarin instruction across grade levels or learner proficiencies;
- Design and oversee assessment systems to measure student progress in Mandarin proficiency;
- Recruit, train, and support Mandarin teachers and academic staff;
- Provide ongoing professional development in Chinese language pedagogy and proficiency-based instruction;

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Mandarin Chinese for students of various age groups and proficiency levels;
- Develop and implement effective curriculum and lesson plans that meet the learning objectives and standards of the school;

- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their language skills;
- Incorporate Chinese culture, traditions, and history into lessons to enrich students’ understanding and appreciation of the language;
