IT Manager
Location: based at ISF Stueng Meanchey Office
Job Purpose
The IT Manager at the charity is responsible for overseeing IT requirements, maintaining equipment, assisting staff with IT issues, managing the server and network system, installing software, and providing IT support and administration tasks at both ISF's Educational Centers. They also oversee the IT programme taught to students, ensuring proper management of equipment provided to them.
Accountability and Relationship:
- Reports to the ISF Chief Executive
- Is part of a team consisting of all the staff who work for IS
Working hours and benefits
- Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 12: 00PM and 2:00PM to 5:00PM, 7 hours a day unless otherwise agreed with the Finance and Administration Manager.
- 18 days annual leave a year plus public holiday
- Health and accident insurance from National Social Security Fund and a private insurance company
- Seniority according to Cambodia Labor Law
- Oversee IT requirements: Identify and assess the IT needs of the charity organization.
- Maintain equipment: Ensure that all IT hardware, such as computers, printers, and servers, are in good working condition.
- Assist staff with IT issues: Troubleshoot and resolve any IT-related problems or concerns raised by the staff members.
- Manage server and network system: Ensure the smooth functioning and security of the organization's server and network infrastructure.
- Install software: Install and configure software applications required for various IT functions within the organization. Additionally, proficient in creating, deploying, and managing virtual machines (VMs) on ESXi servers. Skilled in controlling and managing Google Workspace, End Point Security, WIFI, and Data on Cloud.
- Provide IT support: Provide technical assistance and support to staff members regarding IT systems and software.
- Perform administrative tasks: Execute various administrative duties in the field of IT, including but not limited to managing user accounts, performing system backups, and overseeing inventory management.
- Oversee IT programme taught to students: Supervise and manage the IT program being taught to students at ISF's Educational Centers.
- Ensure proper management of equipment: Monitor and ensure the proper utilization and care of IT equipment provided to students.
- Stay updated with technology: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in technology to provide effective IT solutions and support.
- Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Skill and ability to understand Android XO Tablet
- Understands IT hardware, software and networking, is able to identify and solve problems.
- Good communication and written in English

- Have excellent computer knowledge of software, MSOffice, google cloud/workspace and assist program students with program presentation.
