Job Purpose
The IT Infrastructure and Security Manager is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of an organization's IT infrastructure while ensuring the security of systems, networks, and data. This role combines technical expertise with leadership to maintain operational efficiency, protect against security threats, and align IT operations with business objectives.
- Design and develop the organization’s IT infrastructure architecture, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud solutions, ensuring scalability and alignment with business goals.
- Develop and implement long-term strategies for infrastructure to support the organization’s growth and changing technology needs.
- Monitor infrastructure capacity and performance, planning for future growth to avoid performance bottlenecks.
- Lead the implementation of new infrastructure technologies, such as network upgrades, cloud migrations, or data center expansions.
- Oversee infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Manage the deployment and configuration of hardware, software, and network systems, ensuring they meet organizational requirements.
- Monitor the performance and availability of all infrastructure components, ensuring systems are running efficiently and identifying potential issues before they impact operations.
- Oversee preventive maintenance tasks such as software patches, firmware upgrades, and system updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Ensure robust backup and disaster recovery plans are in place, regularly tested, and capable of restoring critical systems and data in the event of an outage or disaster.
- Implement and maintain security measures such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption to protect infrastructure from threats and vulnerabilities.
- Ensure that all infrastructure systems and processes comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices (e.g., GDPR, ISO, PCI-DSS).
- Develop and implement incident response plans for infrastructure-related security breaches or failures, coordinating with security teams to mitigate risks.
- Lead and mentor the IT infrastructure team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Work closely with other IT teams (e.g., applications, development, and support) to ensure the infrastructure meets the needs of all business units and supports critical operations.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and consultants to procure, implement, and maintain infrastructure systems.
- Oversee the management and administration of all networking components, including LAN, WAN, VPN, routers, switches, and wireless systems.
- Ensure that all network connections are secure, reliable, and optimized for performance, minimizing downtime and disruptions.
- Lead the design, deployment, and management of cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure) to ensure scalability, flexibility, and cost-efficiency.
- Manage virtualized environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) to optimize hardware usage and improve resource allocation across the organization.
- Lead the resolution of critical infrastructure incidents, coordinating with IT teams to minimize downtime and restore services quickly.
- Conduct post-incident reviews and root cause analysis for infrastructure issues, implementing changes to prevent future occurrences.
- Ensure that all infrastructure designs, configurations, processes, and procedures are well-documented and regularly updated.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on infrastructure performance, utilization, and areas for improvement.
- Maintain detailed documentation of compliance activities and security measures for audits and regulatory reviews.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field and/ or Master’s Degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and security.
- 2+ years of experience managing an IT team.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud-based solutions.
- Has experience in server setup in both Windows and Linux OS
- Hands-on experience in managing cybersecurity frameworks, protocols, and compliance initiatives.
- Experience in disaster recovery planning, business continuity, and incident response.
- Experience with managing IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Has experience in server setup in both Windows and Linux environment
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., CISM, MCSE, VMware, AWS) are a plus.
- Proficient in both English and Chinese (Spoken, Read and Write)
IT Business Analyst

Job Purpose
The IT Business Analyst acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into technology solutions. They are responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements, identifying business challenges, and recommending IT solutions that align with organizational objectives.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges for system upgrade or implementation.
- Elicit, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements for new systems or enhancements to existing ones.
- Conduct and facilitate requirement-gathering workshops, meetings, and interviews with business users and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and requirements.
- Collaborate with developers or external vendors and project managers to ensure requirements are understood and met.
- Design solutions or provide recommendations that meet business requirements while considering technical feasibility, scalability, and cost.
- Develop and update/maintain system specification documents, including functional requirements, system designs, and user interface details.
- Conduct comprehensive testing before implementation, including integration testing and performance testing.
- Facilitate UAT by creating test plans and scenarios, ensuring the business users test and validate that the system meets their needs.
- Assist in training end-users on new systems or system enhancements, providing documentation and support materials as needed.
- Provide post-implementation support to users and help troubleshoot any issues that arise after deployment.
- Assist project managers in tracking progress, ensuring that timelines are met, and escalating issues as needed.
- Participate in change management processes to ensure smooth implementation of system changes, minimizing disruptions to business operations.
- Subject Matter Expert on business processes and systems, helping to resolve technical or functional issues.
- Investigate and analyze system incidents, determine root causes and implement corrective actions
- A bachelor's degree in a computer science-related field is typically preferred. This could include

- Analyze and compare digital asset products, including futures, options, and other digital asset s, to assist clients in making well-informed decisions.

Finance Manager

Job Summary
The Finance Manager oversees the company's financial management systems, ensuring effective accounting practices, compliance with tax regulations, and the preparation of financial reports. Key responsibilities include managing daily accounting processes, conducting financial analysis, implementing cost control measures, and collaborating with other departments to support strategic decision-making. The role requires continuous improvement of financial policies and processes to enhance efficiency and minimize risks.
- Establish and improve a sound financial management system and improve various financial management systems
- Participate in the formulation, maintenance, improvement and supervision of the company's financial management processes and policies.
- Responsible for the company's daily accounting processing and tax calculation, declaration and payment, reasonably reducing corporate tax burdens, avoiding tax risks, and assisting relevant departments in conducting financial audits and annual inspections.
- Responsible for the company's internal and external financial statistical analysis, and the preparation of the company's financial, statistical, planning and other reports
- Strengthen daily financial management and cost control, and provide constructive suggestions
- Complete other tasks assigned by department leaders or relevant leaders.
- Degree in commerce, accounting and/or finance;
- Full or partially qualified Chartered Accountant ("CA"), Certified Practicing Accountant ("CPA") of internationally recognized accounting profession bodies/institution;

- More than 5 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry, proficient in using financial software

- Be familiar with Cambodian national tax laws, financial regulations, accounting systems and other regulations.
- Be familiar with the processing of accounting statements and be able to handle tax-related issues independently and comprehensively
- Acceptable to be permanently stationed in Cambodia (Sihanoukville).
