Announcement Description

Established by the Royal Government of Cambodia in 1997, National Institute of Public Health (NPIH) has a broad public health mandate to carry out three main functions: (1) research, mainly focusing on providing the Ministry of Health with health systems research and policy support public health, (2) public health teaching and training, and (3) public health laboratory, including serving as the national public health reference laboratory.

Between 01 January 2024 – 31 December 2026, NIPH receives fund from China Medical Board (CMB) to conduct a project on “Strengthening Data Analytics Capacity for Health Policy and Systems in Cambodia” (in short DAC). As part of the project team, NIPH is looking for an IT Developer to support development, customization and maintenance of digital applications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field

Work History:

PHP/MySQL experience for 3 years
Moodle experience for 1 year

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, MySQL, Git, and Linux

Soft Skills

Good communication and problem-solving skills
