Founded in 1939 as the labour movement’s humanitarian solidarity organisation, NPA aims to improve people’s living conditions and to create societies that are more just and more democratic. NPA’s international work covers three core areas: Mine Action and Disarmament, Democratisation and Just distribution of power and resources and Humanitarian Action and Crises response.
NPA’s presence in Cambodia dates back to 1991 providing de-mining assistance to the Cambodian Mine Action Centre (CMAC) in order to prepare for resettlement of refugees returning from the border camps in Thailand.

Norwegian People’s Aid (NPA) – Cambodia invites sealed bids from interested eligible firms on Annual Audit Service for year 2024. For detail statement of requirement please refer to the Tender Document.
Tender will be conducted in accordance with the NPA’s tender procedures as detailed in the NPA procurement manual and is open to all interested bidders.
Note: The selected audit firm will automatically be engaged for the 2025 year-end audit, along with any other required audits
