Announcement Description

Mines Advisory Group (MAG) is a UK-based non-governmental organization (NGO) dedicated to the clearance of landmines and other unexploded ordnance. MAG's mission is to build a safer future for people affected by the remnants of conflict through responsive, high-quality, and progressive action. We remove the physical threat of injury and death while helping to reduce the economic impact of conflict. Through mine clearance and risk education, we enable communities to overcome the poverty and suffering caused by explosive remnants of war. MAG has been implementing humanitarian mine action programmes in Cambodia since 1992.

Summary

MAG invites qualified and reputable suppliers to submit sealed bids for the supply and delivery of uniforms, Boots, and rubber boots.

The successful supplier(s) will be required to provide high-quality products at competitive prices in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions outlined in this Invitation to Tender.

The resulting contract will be awarded for an initial period of twelve (12) months and may be extended for a further twelve (12) months by mutual written agreement between both parties, subject to satisfactory performance and MAG's operational requirements.

Submission Requirements

Any questions regarding this Invitation to Tender should be submitted in writing to Mrs. Chham Phary at email provided in the contact details no later than 17 July 2026.

Bidders may obtain the bidding documents from the following MAG offices during the hours below:

  • Working Hours: 8:00am – 12:00pm, 01:30pm – 5:00pm
  • Working day: Monday – Friday

Please submit your proposal in a sealed envelope clearly marked: "Tender – Supply of Uniforms, Boots and Rubber Boots". The sealed proposal must be delivered to one of the MAG office addresses listed no later than 26 July 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Late submissions will not be considered.
