SUBMITTING BY HAND:
Submit all documents in a sealed envelope with your company name, Address, Email, Contact person name and Phone number on the outside of the envelope. Samaritan’s Purse Address or Submit all documents solely with the subject of Pickup trucks bidding to the email provided in the contact details.
Please send a second and third email if your attachment exceeds 15 MB.
Emailed Bids will be REJECTED if:
DEADLINE TO SUBMIT TENDER DOCUMENTS BY EMAIL OR HAND DELIVERED IS 5:00 PM Local Time, May 12th, 2026. Bids submitted after this date and time will not be considered and will be automatically rejected.
No tender documents are to be requested from the office. You only need to submit your Bid Documents as instructed above. No questions will be taken while submitted quotation, if you speak directly with Samaritan’s Purse staff members can result in the rejection of your bid.
SAMARITAN’S PURSE accepts no responsibility and is under no obligation to reimburse applicants for the costs associated with the preparation of their applications;
SAMARITAN’S PURSE reserves the right to award the most qualified product provider regardless of the lowest price submitted.
