GIZ is a federally owned enterprise and is supporting the German Government in achieving its objectives in the field of international cooperation for sustainable development.

The European Union-German Cambodia Partnership for Sustainable Agriculture and Food Systems (EU German CAPSAFE) is co-financed by the European Union and the BMZ and implemented by GIZ as a contribution to the Multi-Donor Initiative “Global Gateway” led by the European Union. The project works to improve regulations, measures and practices in Cambodia in support of inclusive and sustainable exports to the EU and regional markets. The main direct beneficiaries are the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF), Farmer and stakeholder in the cashew and pepper value chain sector and other high value crop.

Invitation to submit a tender

We intend to seek a locally registered company/supplier with a valid patent tax or last update VAT Certificates to award the procurement of goods described in the enclosed procurement documents (the patent must be relevant to or specialized in the supply of the specified goods).

Submission Requirements

Offers must be submitted exclusively in PDF format, together with completed self-declaration of Eligibility for Procurement to email address that provided in the contact details (hard copy submissions will not be accepted), with the subject line “Ref. Preq. No.: 10061157 USB Microscope Camera”, no later than 23:59H on 11 November 2026. Any offers received after this deadline will be automatically disqualified.” If more than one offer is received from a bidder in response to a tender, only the most recently submitted offer will be considered.
