“SMEs Growth Among KE-Supported and Non-KE-Supported Enterprises” aims to examine the economic performance and growth factors of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), specifically focusing on the differences in outcomes between SMEs that received support from KE and those that did not receive support from KE.

Bidding Components

  • Step 1: Interested agencies/implementers/partners are to share their interest by filling out the form by scanning the QR code or the link provided.
  • Step 2: KE to invite agencies/implementers/partners for a detailed project briefing after the closing date.
  • Step 3: Agencies/implementers/partners are to submit a proposal and budget plan within 15 working days after the project briefing
  • Step 4: The KE committee to review the submitted proposal and quotation.
  • Step 5: Agencies/implementers/partners to be awarded will be formally informed after the evaluation by the committee teams.

Submission Requirements

Required Documents

Khmer Enterprise would like to invite potential agencies/implementers/partners to submit sealed proposals and other required documents for the SMEs Growth Among KE-Supported and Non-KE-Supported Enterprises Research Project.

The required documents are:

  • Program proposal that covers the several components, including a brief activity plan, research outline, and methodology (timeline for 06 months).
  • Budget proposal that breaks down into activity lines (no lump sum)
  • Samples of previous projects.
  • Executive team members' profiles and list of potential experts.
  • The expected result of the planned program.
