The program offers a cost-effective alternative to traditional booths by combining physical displays with digital platforms, enabling real-time product access, online ordering, and SME services, while serving as a branding and market-linkage platform for Khmer Enterprise and participating SMEs.

Bidding Components

  • Step 1: Interested agency/implementers/partners are to share their interest in the project by filling in the google form (attached link below) no longer than two weeks from the date of the announcement.
  • Step 2: KE to invite agency/implementers/partners for a detailed project briefing later after the closing date.
  • Step 3: Agency/implementers/partners are to submit a proposal and budget plan within two weeks after the project briefing.
  • Step 4: KE committee to review the submitted proposal and quotation.
  • Step 5: Agency/implementers/partners awarding be formally informed after the evaluation from the committee team.

Submission Requirements

Required Documents

Khmer Enterprise would like to invite potential agency/implementers/partners to submit sealed proposals and other required documents for the Phsar Sahakrin Jalet. The required documents are:

  • A comprehensive project proposal covering planning, concept development, program design, and an activity plan aligned with the project objectives.
  • A detailed implementation timeline outlining key activities and deliverables.
  • A plan for managing the recruitment, registration, and onboarding of participating SMEs and promotional activities.
  • Project team structure, including roles, responsibilities, and profiles of key team members.
  • A portfolio demonstrating relevant experience in similar or related projects.
  • A detailed budget breakdown presented line by line (non-package), with clear descriptions for each cost item.

Submission Requirements

Interested bidders may submit their expression of interest for the project bidding via the following Google Form: the link no later than 3rd March 2026, 5:00 PM. All bidding steps outlined under Section II, “Bidding Components,” must be followed
