Announcement Description

The “Enterprise AC” Program is designed to support the business operations of agricultural cooperatives by improving their Agri-production management, commercial planning, and financial recording. These supporting activities will be delivered by students and youths who will be equipped with entrepreneurship and agribusiness skills. The program activities include 1). Curriculum development, 2). Hybrid training, 3). Online mentoring, 4). Student and youth apprenticeship, 5). Field study, 6). M&E, and 7). Project dissemination events. Therefore, KE invites bidders to share interests in this program.

  • Step 1: Interested agencies/implementers/partners are to share their interest in the project by filling out the Google form (attached link below) no later than 30 Days from the date of the announcement.
  • Step 2: KE is to invite agencies/implementers/partners for a detailed project briefing after the closing date.
  • Step 3: Agencies/implementers/partners are to submit a proposal and budget plan within two weeks after the project briefing.
  • Step 4: KE committee to review the submitted proposal and quotation.
  • Step 5: Agencies/implementers/partners awarding be formally informed after the evaluation from the committee team.

Bidder Eligibility

  • Khmer Enterprise would like to invite potential agencies/implementers/partners to submit sealed proposals and other required documents for the Enterprise AC. The required documents are:
  • A program proposal that covers all activities and includes an activity plan, training curriculum, implementation methodology, trainer and mentor profiles, program implementation team profiles, a list of potential partners, a weekly timeline for 12 months, and additional documents, if any.
  • Budget proposal that breaks down into detailed activity-base budget lines (no lump sum)
  • Portfolio of previous and similar projects
  • The expected result of the proposed program
