The "Coder Challenge" is designed to encourage the next generation of programmers to collaborate to build tech startups and expand the technological frontier. Serving as a platform to showcase the potential of Cambodian tech talent and facilitate knowledge sharing, the Coder Challenge is a one-day event featuring a six-hour coding competition, tech sharing sessions, and a panel discussion. The event activities include 1). outreaching campaign, 2). logistics arrangement, 3). event execution (featuring a coding competition, a sharing session, a panel discussion, and an awards ceremony), and 4). post-event promotional campaign.

Bidding Components
Step 1: Interested agencies/implementers/partners are to share their interest in the project by filling in the Google form (attached link below) no longer than 7 days from the date of the announcement.
Step 2: KE is to invite agencies/implementers/partners for a detailed project briefing after the closing date.
Step 3: Agencies/implementers/partners are to submit a proposal and budget plan within 5 working days after the project briefing.
Step 4: KE committee to review the submitted proposal and quotation.
Step 5: Agencies/implementers/partners awarded will be formally informed after the evaluation by the committee team.

Khmer Enterprise would like to invite potential agencies/implementers/partners to submit sealed proposals and other required documents for the Coder Challenge.The required documents are:
Proposal, including activity plan (pre, during, and post-event), agenda, implementation methodology, implementing team profiles, a list of speakers and judges, a weekly timeline, and other networks.
A detailed budget that breaks down into specific expenses (no lump sum)
Portfolio of previous or similar projects
