The Department of Biodiversity of the General Directorate of Policy and Strategy, MoE is implementing the project on “Enhance cooperation to support the implementation and operation of Sok An Phnom Kulen Orchid Research and Conservation Center(SAKORC)” funded by the Lancang-Mekong Cooperation Special Fund with the fund coordination of Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. This proposed project is to promote the facilities and functions of SAKORC and management of native species, especially orchids for conservation, scientific research, public entertainment, and local livelihood improvement in Cambodia by means of capacity building of relevant actors, enhancement of public awareness, communications and networking and rehabilitation of endangered wild species while scientific cooperation and technology transfer among international organizations. The project intents to apply part of the proceeds of payment under the Contract for Supply and Delivery of One Unit of Double Cabs Pickup vehicle.
Procurement will be conducted through Standard Request for Quotations (Shopping) document for procurement of goods as specified in the Standard Operating Procedures on Procurement for All Externally Financed Projects/Program in Cambodia.
Procurement will be conducted through competitive bidding process.

Interested eligible bidders can obtain information and a copy of the bidding document free of charge from the Department of Biodiversity at the address provided during working hours from 7:30 to 17:00. Except for the submission of a written application, there shall be no other conditions for obtaining the bidding documents.
Bids must be delivered to the address at or before 10:00 A.M on 30th July 2025. Late bids will not be considered. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders' representatives at 10:30 A.M. on 1st August 2025 at the given address provided in the contact details.
