GIZ is a federally owned enterprise and is supporting the German Government in achieving its objectives in the field of international cooperation for sustainable development.
German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) implement the Improved Competitiveness Of National Enterprises Program (ICONE) on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). The project aims to improve the framework condition for a growth oriented diversification of the economy; Strengthen the public and private sector engagement through corporate productivity, efficiency, and innovation; and improve the competitiveness of Cambodian enterprises in Battambang, Banteay Meanchey, and Siem Reap.
We intend to seek a locally registered company/supplier with a valid patent tax to award the procurement of goods described in the enclosed procurement documents. (The patent must be relevant to or specialized in the goods specified).

Any question related to the tender should be submitted in writing and clearly marked with the subject: Question No. 91190927 to the email address at the latest five working days before the deadline of submission of the bid.
You should not contact other GIZ personnel unless directed to do so by the GIZ representative. GIZ reserves the right to disqualify and reject proposals from suppliers who do not comply with these guidelines.
Offers must be sent in PDF files to: Email address or seal envelope to GIZ Office address provided in the contact details. with the subject: Offer no. 91190927/ IT Equipment until 23:59H on 12th Oct 2025 (Offers sent after this date will be automatically disqualified). If more than one offer is received from a bidder in response to a tender, only the most recently submitted offer will be considered.
The default size of e-mails is limited to 30 MB. Above that, GIZ's email servers refuse the message and its attachments. If necessary, send more than one email. In case of bigger files, it is possible to transfer the file via GIZ’s File transfer service: The link , GIZ accepts only this specific file transfer solution for submission of documents exceeding the default mail size of 30 MB.

Up to the point of signature, GIZ may either abandon the procurement or cancel the award procedure, without the candidates or tenderers being entitled to claim any compensation.
All costs incurred in preparing and submitting tenders are borne by the tenderers and cannot be reimbursed.
