GIZ is a federally owned enterprise and is supporting the German Government in achieving its objectives in the field of international cooperation for sustainable development. The project “Improving Social Protection and Health II, ISPH II”.

The Government of the Federal Republic of Germany and the Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia have agreed on a technical cooperation project which is implemented by GIZ entitled “Improving Social Protection and Health (ISPH)”.  The objective of the project is “the prerequisites for better access to social protection and quality assured health services in Cambodia have improved with regard to responsiveness to climate related risks, gender-responsiveness, inclusiveness and poverty reduction”.

We intend to seek a locally registered company/supplier with a valid patent tax or last update VAT Certificates to award the procurement of goods described in the enclosed procurement documents (the patent must be relevant to or specialized in the goods specified).

Submission Requirements

Any question related to the tender should be submitted in writing and clearly marked with the subject: Question No 7000019774 to the email address provided in the contact details at the latest five working days before the deadline of submission of the bid.

You should not contact other GIZ personnel unless directed to do so by the GIZ representative. GIZ reserves the right to disqualify and reject proposals from suppliers who do not comply with these guidelines.

Offers must be submitted exclusively in PDF format, together with completed self-declaration to kh_quotation@giz.de (hard copy submissions will not be accepted), with the subject line “Tender No 7000019774 – 16 New Laptops”, no later than 23:59H on 26 Aug 2026. Any offers received after this deadline will be automatically disqualified”. If more than one offer is received from a bidder in response to a tender, only the most recently submitted offer will be considered.

The default size of e-mails is limited to 25 MB. Above that, GIZ's email servers refuse the message and its attachments. If necessary, send more than one e-mail.

In case of bigger files, it is possible to transfer the file via GIZ’s File transfer service: the link GIZ accepts only this specific file transfer solution for submission of documents exceeding the default mail size of 25 MB.
