The Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) has received Loan from the World Bank IDA No.6433-KH toward the cost of Cambodia Sustainable Landscape and Ecotourism Project (CSLEP), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Loan to payments under the Contract for the Supply and delivery of 2 Vehicles (Ref No.: MOE-G-2025-03).
Procurement will be conducted through National Shopping Procedures as specified in the guidelines and procedures set out in the World Bank Procurement Regulations for Investment Project Financing (IPF) Borrowers, dated July 1, 2016, revised November 2017 and August 2018, and provisions stipulated in the Financing Agreement in consistency with the RGC’s Updated Standard Operating Procedures and Procurement Manual for All Externally Financed Projects/Programs (‘Procurement Manual’), promulgated through Sub-decree 181, dated December 2, 2019.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Project Implementation Unit and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given during official government working hours from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
Bids must be delivered to the address given at or before 10:00 AM on April 30, 2025, late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders' representatives and the project's beneficiaries from the local community concerned who choose to attend shall be allowed to be present in person at the address given at 10:00 AM on April 30, 2025.
