UNOPS, in collaboration with the customs authority from the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MoEF), has undertaken a detailed inspection of the vehicles to ensure compliance with relevant customs regulations. Based on this assessment, the minimum bidding prices for the vehicles have been set, taking into account each vehicle’s year of manufacture, mileage, and overall condition. The minimum prices are indicated against each vehicle.

The vehicle is offered for sale on a "As is" and "Where is" basis.
Successful bidders will be required to pay all applicable taxes before the release of vehicles because the vehicles currently hold a duty-free status. Vehicles will only be released upon the presentation of proof of payment of these taxes.
Each bidder is permitted to submit one offer only. If a bidder submits more than one bid, then all submitted bids from that bidder shall be disqualified. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes and inserted into the locked bid box to be found at the Reception at the address mentioned above. Any open bids shall be disqualified.

Bid forms: Are available in hard copies at the UNOPS office provided in the contact details, and can be collected from 08:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 17:00 hours, during the bidding period which will run from the 27th October until 10th November 2025. The electronic file of the “bid form” is also attached to the “invitation to bid” announcement and can also be obtained upon request by email to email address provided in the contact details. (Note: Weekend days are not available for bidding).
Viewing: Bidders are strongly encouraged to view the vehicles on sale before submitting their bids. The vehicles are available for viewing at the same location (above in 1.) The vehicles will be available for viewing (only) between 09.00 to 11.00 and from 14.00 to 16.00 hours during the bidding period from 27th October until 10th November 2025. Please call for an appointment and contact our administration unit or Mr. Sreya LAY through phone numbers provided.
The successful bidder shall make full payment by fund transfer to UNOPS Bank Account as provided in a written communication after the selection of the winning bid. The funds transfer should be made and notified to the Finance Unit at email address provided not later than 14.00 hours on the 5th working day after the successful bidder being notified in writing about the result of the bid process. Failure to make the transfer and notify the contact person above before this deadline shall result in the vehicle being offered to the next highest bidder.
UNOPS shall assist in arranging the required documentation for transfer of ownership to the successful bidder. Any transfer expenses shall be borne by the successful bidder.
UNOPS reserves the right not to sell and/or to reject any or all the bids without giving any reason for doing so, if, in the opinion of the Management, the interest of UNOPS so requires.
