Invitation for Bids
Norwegian People’s Aid (NPA), one of the world’s largest mine action organizations, is expanding its operations in Cambodia. The project offices are located in Kampong Cham and Ratanakiri Provinces. The project is supported primarily by the US Department of State (USDoS) and Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (NMFA) and with the commencement of the programme there is a need to procure the equipment listed below.
Due to NPA project/organization being tax exempted, any suppliers must be responsible to full handling of the necessary process of Tax exemption and be able to conclude the required support documents in International Tender Bidding (ITB).
Norwegian People’s Aid invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of the following specification:

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with bidding procedures as detailed in the NPA procurement guidelines, and is open to all eligible bidders worldwide.
Interested eligible bidders may requested to submit the quotation and obtain a complete set of International Tender Bidding (ITB) documents by the provided link or email upon request to the address given in the contact detail, or alternatively by hand from the NPA Country Office (Phnom Penh) Monday to Friday between (7:30AM – 4:30PM).
Bids must be delivered to the physical address given before COB 20.04.2020
Bids will be opened only in the presence of NPA Bidding Committee at the address provided on 24.04.2020
