Bid Submission Requirements: Interested vendors must submit the following documents in hard copy format:

1. Valid 2025 Company Patent Certificate issued by the General Department of Taxation (GDT)
2. VAT Certificate from the General Department of Taxation
3. Quotation (BoQ) including:

• Unit and total price (in USD), inclusive of 10% VAT
• Delivery timeframe
• Warranty terms
• Payment terms

Special Conditions:

1. The supplier is responsible for delivery and installation at no additional cost.
2. All prices must include 10% VAT. A valid VAT TIN must be indicated on the invoice.
3. Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Submission Deadline: All bidding documents must be signed and submitted in hard copy to Phare Ponleu Selpak no later than 5:00 PM on 16 June 2025.
