The Financial Resilience Program aims to empower Cambodia’s informal economy—especially MSMEs—through targeted financial education and practical support. The program strengthens financial resilience, promotes income diversification, and builds sustainable business foundations. The Service Provider will lead the execution of this program by managing:

  • Event Logistics & Venue Coordination: Seamless end-to-end arrangement of training sites and facilities.
  • Site Visit Management: Coordinating high-impact field visits to ensure practical learning.
  • Marketing & Media Engagement: Amplifying program reach through strategic communication and media support.
  • Reporting & Comprehensive Documentation: Delivering detailed insights and data-driven progress reports.

Bidding Components

Submission Requirements

Required Documents

Interested Implementers/partners to submit sealed proposals and other required documents for the Financial Resilience for Informal Economy . The required documents including:

  • Company Profile
  • Company Registration (e.g.: Patent & VAT Certificates or other licenses with relevant authorities)
  • Concept notes or proposal include brief activities plan and team member profiles
  • The budget plan of program arrangements and timelines
  • Samples of previous projects
  • The expected result of the program
