Announcement Description

We strive to advance children’s rights and equality for girls all over the world. As an independent development and humanitarian organisation, we work alongside children, young people, our supporters and partners to tackle the root causes of the challenges facing girls and all vulnerable children. We support children’s rights from birth until they reach adulthood and enable children to prepare for and respond to crises and adversity. We drive changes in practice and policy at local, national and global levels using our reach, experience and knowledge. For over 80 years we have been building powerful partnerships for children, and we are active in over 75 countries.

Plan International Cambodia was established in 2002 and is currently operating under its 4th Country Strategic Plan (FY22-FY27). Plan International Cambodia implements an integrated program in the provinces of Siem Reap, Stung Treng and Ratanak Kiri with the Country Office based in Phnom Penh. Additional projects are implemented in many provinces throughout Cambodia. The current Country Strategic was developed based on a child rights and girls rights horizon scanning, which assessed the root causes and gaps at household, community, district and national levels which result in girl’s rights being violated or unfulfilled. Based on this analysis, four strategic program were developed, focused followings:

  1. Healthy Start (integrated Nutrition, ECCD and WASH);
  2. Protection Plus;
  3. Lifelong Learning (Education and TVET); and
  4. Girls Leadership

These programs have been designed to address key issues affecting children in Cambodia. Each sectoral program will integrate elements of other sectoral programs to enable them to be mutually reinforcing.

Summary of the Requirement

Plan International Cambodia wants to purchase:

Insurance: Staff and dependents include parents and in law age <60years old and Un-named traveler for child/youth for twelve (12) months term from 01st July 2026 to 30th June 2027, includes:

  1. Group Personal Accident Insurance;
  2. Hospitalization and Surgical Insurance;
  3. Health Check-up, Vaccination and Vision Care;
  4. Outpatient (include Sexually Transmitted Infections “STIs”) for insured members;
  5. Group Life Insurance; and
  6. Un-named Traveller Insurance for Child/Youth

Note: Claim reports of staff insurance will be shared upon request.

Insurance: Office, property and vehicle insurance for twelve (12) months term from 01st July 2026 to 30th June 2027, includes:

  1. Fire Insurance (on building "excluded foundation" and on property “furniture, fixtures, fittings, office equipment, machinery, and generator whilst contained in the building”);
  2. Burglary Insurance (on furniture, fixtures, fittings, office equipment, machinery, and generator whilst contained in the building);
  3. Public Liability Insurance;
  4. Vehicle Insurance
  5. Coverage option #1: (TPL, PL, OD & Theft)
  6. Coverage option #2: (TPL, PL, OD “include natural disaster and flood” & Theft)
  7. Coverage option #3: (TPL, PL, OD “include natural disaster, flood and original garage” & Theft)
  8. Motorcycle Insurance (Coverage: TPL, PL, OD & Theft)

Plan International Cambodia invites all interested and legally registered entities to participate in a competitive bidding process. The successful bidder(s) will be required to enter into a formal contract with the organization on either an exclusive or non-exclusive basis

Plan International Cambodia reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not to award any contract arising from this Invitation to Tender, or to award contracts to more than one successful bidder

Instructions to Tenderers

It is the Bidders responsibility to ensure their offer is complete and that you provide all the necessary information asked for in the format specified, or risk your offer being rejected.
