Summary

CCF is currently looking for potential companies to Supply ICT equipment for the school. The school locates in Prek Toil Village, Sangkat Stoeng Meanchey, Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Bidder’s Qualifications

The bidder shall fulfill the following requirements to be eligible for bid submission;

Submission Requirements

Bidding Process:

  1. The deadline for bid submission is by 2:00 PM 27th February 2026, with a sealed and secured envelope sent to the address provided in the contact details.
  2. The sealed bids will be opened internally on the same day by the CCF procurement committee at 2:30 pm.
  3. Evaluation will be undertaken on a pass/fail basis, and the bidder submitting the most competitive, substantially responsive bid shall be the one recommended for the award of the contract or negotiation
  4. The bid shall remain valid 30 days after the Deadline for Submission.
