Announcement Description

HighschoolPreneur 2026 is one of Khmer Enterprise’s flagship initiatives that nurtures entrepreneurial spirit among Cambodian youth by integrating the High School Awards Competition and the NextGen Enterprise Program, enabling students nationwide to compete at school level, advance through regional rounds, and culminate in Phnom Penh with an intensive bootcamp and the national final competition. Khmer Enterprise would like to invite interested bidders to express their interest in the project by following the outlined bidding steps. Successful bidders will be responsible to execute the event starting from planning to execution.

Bidding Components

  • Step 1: Interested Implementers/partners to share their interest in the project by filling in the google form (attached link below) no longer than four weeks from the date of announcement.
  • Step 2: KE to invite implementers/partners for a detailed project briefing after the announcement closing date
  • Step 3: Implementers/partners to submit a proposal and budget plan within four weeks after the project briefing
  • Step 4: KE to evaluate the proposal, budget, and activity plan
  • Step 5: Awarding Implementers/partners to be informed after the evaluation

Submission Requirements

Required Documents

Interested Implementers/partners to submit sealed proposals and other required documents for HighschoolPreneur 2026 after the project brief. The required documents include:

  • Company Profile
  • Company Registration (e.g.: Patent & VAT Certificates or other licenses with relevant authorities)
  • Concept notes or proposal include brief activities plan and team member profiles
  • The budget plan of program arrangements and timelines
  • Portfolio of previous projects
  • The expected result of the program

Submission Requirements

IR nterested Implementers/partners who are competent in conducting similar programs can share their interest in the project bidding for the briefing session to Khmer Enterprise via this link or scan QR code below no later than 8 Feb 2025 at 5:00pm. The bidding steps indicated under Section II ‘Bidding Components’ are required to follow
