The project invites qualified agencies to express interest in managing the KE Awards Night and supporting activities under the KE Entrepreneurial Ecosystem initiative. The selected agency will provide event management, creative/design, and campaign support, and is encouraged to propose additional relevant ideas or services beyond the minimum requirements. Agencies expressing interest will be invited to a briefing for full project details.

Submission Requirements

Required Documents

Interested agencies to submit sealed proposals and other required documents for Event Organizing Bid after the project briefing.

The required documents including:

  • Company Profile
  • Company Registration (e.g.: Patent & VAT Certificates or other licenses with relevant authorities)
  • Concept notes or proposal include brief activities plan and team member profiles
  • The budget plan of program arrangements and timelines
  • Portfolio of previous projects
  • The expected result of the program

Submission Requirements

Interested Implementers/partners who are competent in conducting similar programs can share their interest in the project by bidding for the briefing session to Khmer Enterprise via this scan QR code below no later than 9 March 2026 at 5:00pm.
