Summary

Open to all eligible public bidders. Bidders may submit a bid for any or all items listed in the product table.

  1. Bidders must use the official Bid Price Form provided in the bidding package.
  2. Bid prices include 10% VAT.
  3. All bid prices must be quoted in US Dollars (USD).
  4. Any additional fees after the sale, including, but not limited to, ownership transfer fees, maintenance costs, and spare parts, will be the responsibility of the buyer.
  5. Vehicle inspection will be available at ISPP from 24–28 November 2025 at working hours.
  6. All bidders are required to sign and submit both the Bid Price Form and the Bid Registration Form to acknowledge their full understanding of the ITB Document and all related requirements.
  7. The Bid Review Committee (BRC) designated by the School will evaluate all submissions and recommend the winning bidder(s) based on the most appropriate and compliant offer(s).
  8. The winning bidder is obligated to purchase the item(s) at the price submitted in their bid.
  9. The winning bidder must complete payment within ten (10) working days from the date of award notification.
  • Failure to meet this requirement without formal written or email communication may result in cancellation of the award.
  • The School reserves the right to offer the item(s) to the next compliant qualified bidder.

Submission Requirements

SUBMISSION OF BID

The extended deadline for the bidding submission is 17 December 2025 by 15:00. The late submission will be rejected.

The bidder must submit their Bid in a Sealed Envelope with the information provided in the contact details.

BIDDING SELECTION CRITERIA

The bid will be considered with the following criteria:

  • Bidders must use the provided Bid Price Form.
  • All bid prices must be stated in USD ($).
  • Bid prices must follow a step-up increment of USD 200 (e.g., $16,200 → $16,400 → $16,600 → $16,800 → +$200 per step).
  • The Bid Price Form must be signed and must clearly include the bidder’s name.
  • Bidders must attach a copy of their KH ID, Passport, or Business Registration Certificate.
  • All bid submissions must be placed in a sealed envelope.

In the event that two or more bids are submitted with the same price, the first submitted sealed bid will be opened first and will be considered the winning bid when bid prices are equal.

BID OPEN AND AWARD

The Bid Review Committee will open and evaluate all bids on 17th December 2025 at 15:30. The Committee will recommend the winning bidder, and only the selected winner will be contacted for the award of sale.

The school will award the bid winner by 09th January 2026.
