Project Description

The Chefpreneurs 2026 is a six-month program that serves as a key platform for young talents to develop their culinary creativity while gaining exposure to the entrepreneurship ecosystem. The program will combine core components, consisting of an idea contest, a semi-round (food competition), training and mentorships, and a final-round (food competition). Khmer Enterprise invites interested bidders to apply as program implementers (or as a culinary consultant) by following the steps outlined below or by registering via the QR code on the poster.

Submission Requirements

Required Documents

Interested Implementers/partners to submit sealed proposals and other required documents for Chefpreneurs 2026. The required documents include:

  • Company Registration (e.g.: Patent & VAT Certificates or other licenses with relevant authorities)
  • Concept notes or proposals include a brief activities plan and team member profiles
  • The budget plan of program arrangements and timelines
  • Samples of previous projects
  • The expected result of the program

Submission Requirements

Interested Implementers/partners who are competent in conducting similar programs can share their interest in the bidding project for the briefing session to Khmer Enterprise via email provided in the contact details no later than 19 January 2026 at 5:00 pm. The bidding steps indicated under Section II ‘Bidding Components’ are required to follow.
