Announcement Description

GIZ is a federally owned enterprise and is supporting the German Government in achieving its objectives in the field of international cooperation for sustainable development. The project “Improving Social Protection and Health II, ISPH II”.

The Government of the Federal Republic of Germany and the Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia have agreed on a technical cooperation project which is implemented by GIZ entitled “Improving Social Protection and Health (ISPH)”.  The objective of the project is “the prerequisites for better access to social protection and quality assured health services in Cambodia have improved with regard to responsiveness to climate related risks, gender-responsiveness, inclusiveness and poverty reduction”.

We intend to seek a locally registered company/supplier with a valid patent tax or last update VAT Certificates to award the procurement of goods described in the enclosed procurement documents (the patent must be relevant to or specialized in the goods specified).

Submission Requirements

Offers must be submitted together with completed self-declaration of Eligibility for Procurement only in a sealed envelope with the subject: "Ref. No.: 1005166 IT Equipment to our mention office address" until 11:59AM on 26 October 2026.

  • Offers submitted after this date will be automatically disqualified.
  • If more than one offer is received from a bidder in response to a tender, only

the most recently submitted offer will be considered.

Please do not submit offers by email or file transfer. Offers submitted through these methods will result in the bidder being disqualified.

Non-compliance may result in your bid not being considered.
