On which criteria will my bid be evaluated?
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
These are criteria which bidders must meet in order to be successful and progress to the next round of evaluation. If a bidder does not meet any of the Essential Criteria, they will be excluded from the tender process. These criteria are scored as Pass or Fail and will not be evaluated against Capability Criteria and Commercial criteria.

COMMERIAL CRITERIA (Weighting score 60%)
These criteria will be used to evaluate the commercial competitiveness of a bid. All bids which pass the Essential criteria will be evaluated against the same pre-agreed Commercial Criteria, which have been created by a committee of representatives from Geres.
Note: If bidder couldn’t provide the specification response to requirement will get 0 % score.
The sealed quotation must be submitted to Geres Cambodia at the address below and/or through closed tender email box provided in the contact details, no later than: 25/July/2025 at 5:00 PM Cambodia time with subject title: RFP/GERES/CAM/Year/month - None Translation Service for one (01) year Framework Agreement.
