Submission Requirements

Required Documents

Interested Implementers/partners to submit sealed proposals and other required documents for the Startup Venture Capital. The required documents include:

  • Company Profile
  • Company Registration (e.g., Patent & VAT Certificates or other licenses with relevant authorities)
  • Concept notes or proposals include brief activity plans and team member profiles
  • The budget plan for program arrangements and timelines
  • Portfolio of previous projects
  • The expected result of the program

Submission Requirements

Interested Implementers/partners who are competent in conducting similar programs can share their interest in the project by bidding for the briefing session to Khmer Enterprise via the link no later than 30th June 2026 at 5:00 pm.

The bidding steps indicated under Section II ‘Bidding Components’ are required to follow.
