Ecosystem Partner Strategic Connect is a one day strategic networking event organized by Khmer Enterprise to bring together key partners, stakeholders, implementers, and service providers within Cambodia’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. The event aims to strengthen collaboration and provide a clearer understanding of Khmer Enterprise’s programs, priorities, and future strategic direction. It also serves as a platform for participants to explore opportunities for partnership, engagement, and knowledge sharing. In particular, the gathering helps implementors and service providers better understand the program framework, funding opportunities, and competitive bidding process required to participate in upcoming initiatives.

Bidding Components
Step 1: Interested implementers/partners to share their interest in the project via email with email subject: [Agency’s Name “Expression of Interest in Partner Gathering”]
Step 2: KE to invite implementers/partners for a detailed project briefing after the announcement closing date
Step 3: Implementers/partners to submit a proposal and budget plan within two weeks after the project briefing
Step 4: KE to evaluate the proposal, budget, and activity plan
Step 5: Awarding Implementers/partners to be informed after the evaluation
Submission Requirements
Required Documents
Interested Implementers/partners to submit sealed proposals and other required documents for the Partner Gathering Program. The required documents include:
Company Profile
Company Registration (e.g., Patent & VAT Certificates or other licenses with relevant authorities)
Concept notes or proposals include brief activity plans and team member profiles
The budget plan for program arrangements and timelines
Portfolio of previous projects
The expected result of the program
Submission Requirements
Interested Implementers/partners who are competent in conducting similar programs can share their interest in the project by bidding for the briefing session to Khmer Enterprise viathe link, no later than 30th June 2026 at 5:00 pm. The bidding steps indicated under Section II ‘Bidding Components’ are required to follow.
