Partners for Development (PfD) is American NGO with a long-time presence in Cambodia seeks an individual or company to complete a report on social enterprise (SE) possibilities in the country.

More specifically, the report of no more than 15 pages, not including annexes, would likely need to include at least the following sections:

  1. Executive Summary.
  2. Background/Review of the Literature.
  3. Legal Modes of Operation for SE in Cambodia and timelines for registration.
  4. Possible specific SE target sectors or areas, with rationale.
  5. Findings & Recommendations.
  6. Annexes

Submission Requirements

Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in this area in Cambodia and fluency in Khmer and English. Interested candidates should please provide a short cover letter, current CV, and any relevant references to email provided in the contact details by 16 May 2022. The cover letter should also please include estimated cost to complete the report. Our timeline is to execute a contract by June 1st with the report submitted to us by June 24th.
