About our center: Happy Return Center of Cambodia (HRCC)

The Happy Return Center of Cambodia (HRCC) is an institution established through an agreement between HRDK and the Cambodian Ministry of Labor to support migrant workers. The education programs include vocational training in more than 10 fields, such as welding, electrical work, automobile repair, interior design, poultry farming, crop cultivation, office automation (OA), leadership, Korean language, and entrepreneurship.

Position Summary

The Happy Return Center of Cambodia (HRCC) is seeking highly qualified professionals to join our Expert Pool. Members of the Expert Pool will provide specialized knowledge and guidance to support the Center’s mission of enhancing skills development, curriculum innovation, and sustainable workforce reintegration for returnee migrant workers in Cambodia.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Consulting on curriculum development and education operations
  • Attending meetings for consulting on related projects
  • Participating in evaluations of related projects
  • Deliver special lectures and training sessions
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Excellent communication skills in Khmer and English (Korean is a plus)
  • Strong sense of responsibility, and teamwork
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in any related field as the following areas:
  • Freelancers, consultants, Entrepreneurs, Marketing and PR experts
  • Instructors, Textbook development experts, Textbook design experts
  • Former trainers, educators, or development workers
  • Patent attorneys
  • Lawyers
  • HR experts
  • Job consulting expert
  • Expert in the field of distribution (Wholesale)
  • Financial Literacy Expert to review and artwork design textbook (Target reader is Cambodian Migrant Worker)
  • Specialist in any subject as the following:

Interview Notice: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview and asked to give a 30-minutes presentation with PowerPoint slides on the following topics:

  • Contribution to HRCC – Share ideas on how your skills can support curriculum development, training programs, and migrant worker reintegration.
  • Case Example or Best Practice – Present one concrete example from your past experience (such as project implementation, training facilitation, consulting work, or legal/HR advisory) that demonstrates your professional capacity.
