We are currently looking for a Vendor to supply Ready to Use Supplementary Food and Ready to Use Therapeutic Food to treat children with moderate and severe acute malnutrition in the provinces of Takeo, Kampot, Kompong Chhnang, and Kampong Speu.

  • Ready to Use Therapeutic Food (14 wafers per pack) for Children with Severe Acute Malnutrition (SAM). The total quantity is 12,510 packs.
  • Ready to Use Supplementary Food (6 wafers per pack) for Children with Moderate Acute Malnutrition (MAM). The total quantity is 192,510 packs.

Submission Requirements

Eligible Vendors may submit their quotations in response to the attached Request for Quotations (RFQ); quote can be submitted in one of the following ways through:

  • Electronically: Sign, stamp, scan, and send the quote as an attachment in PDF format to email provided in the contact details.
  • Hard Copy: Submit a quote on company letterhead duly signed and stamped by an authorized individual and deliver to Helen Keller’s Office.

Please review the Request for Quotations and submit the Quotation and RFQ by June 23rd, 2025, at 5:00 pm, Cambodia Time (Phnom Penh). Only a successful quotation will be notified.
