Summary

We are currently seeking a qualified vendor to provide the following services: Accommodation, Venue/Meeting Facilities and Meals/Refreshment for conducting Youth Nutrition Champions Camp event, event dates: December 11–13, 2025 (3 days of program activities), set-up may be required on December 10, 2025 based in Phnom Penh for The Siriwan Singhasiri and Kenneth Lin Foundation Project.

Submission Requirements

Eligible Vendors may submit their quotations in response to the attached Request for Quotations (RFQ); quote can be submitted in one of the following ways through:

  • Electronically: Sign, stamp, scan, and send the quote as an attachment in PDF format to email provided in the contact details.
  • Hard Copy: submit quote on company letterhead duly signed and stamped by an authorized individual and delivered to the Helen Keller Intl Office.

Please review the Request for Quotations and submit the Quotation and RFQ by December 3, 2025, at 5:00 pm, Cambodia Time (Phnom Penh). Only a successful quotation will be notified.
