Procurement will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding Procedures as specified in the RGC’s Updated Standard Operating Procedures on Procurement for All Externally Financed Projects/Programs.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Project Implementation Unit and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address during official government working hours from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
Bids must be delivered to the address provided in the contact details at or before 10:30 AM on September 2, 2026 late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders' representatives and the project's beneficiaries from the concerned local community who choose to attend shall be allowed to be present in person at the address given below at 10:30 AM on September 2, 2026.
