The Royal Government of Cambodia has received 50.66 million financing from the International Development Association (IDA) (the “Bank”) in the form of a “credit” (hereinafter called “credit” toward the cost of the Ministry of Environment, Cambodia Sustainable Landscape and Ecotourism Project (CSLEP), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments under the Contract for:

Construction of Landscape Preparation (Contract No.: MOE-CW-2025-01-REBID) with the identification number of lots (Contracts) comprising is:

  • Lot 1.: Construction of Landscape Preparation for Ranger Station in Siem Reap Province.
  • Lot 2.: Construction of Landscape Preparation for Ranger Station in Koh Kong province.
  • Lot 3.: Construction of Landscape Preparation for Ranger Station in Pursat Province and Battambang Province.
  • Lot 4.: Construction of Landscape Preparation for 1 Ranger Station and 3 CEBETs Centers in Kampong Speu and Kampong Chhnang province.

The bidder can bid all lots or lot by lot.

Procurement will be conducted through national shopping Bidding Procedures outlined in the guidelines and procedures set out in the World Bank Procurement Regulations for Investment Project Financing (IPF) Borrowers and provisions stipulated in the Financing Agreement in consistency with the Government’s Standard Operating Procedures on Procurement for Externally Financed Projects/Programs.

Submission Requirements

Bids must be delivered to the address on or before April 07, 2026 at 10:00 AM (Cambodia Local Time). Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be immediately open after the deadline for submission of bid in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person at the address.

All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration as described in the ITB.
