“Entrepreneur Quest Season 2” is an experiential study-visit program designed to strengthen connections between students, early-stage entrepreneurs, SMEs, investors, and ecosystem players in Cambodia. Through each cohort, participants gain real-world exposure to startups, growth-stage companies, and universities, enabling learning, idea validation, and meaningful ecosystem engagement. The program concludes with a networking dinner to encourage reflection, collaboration, and follow-up opportunities.
Target Beneficiaries
- Students to Startups and SMEs: This pathway bridges the gap between classroom learning and real-world business practice by exposing students to how startups and SMEs operate under actual market conditions.
- Migrant Workers to Small Businesses: This pathway enables migrant workers to engage with local small businesses and contribute fresh perspectives based on their work experience, market exposure, or industry knowledge.
- Startups to SMEs: This pathway promotes peer learning between early-stage startups and more established SMEs, allowing startups to learn from practical business experience and long-term market resilience.
- Program Experience: Each cohort will provide an immersive learning journey that may include company visits, guided discussions with founders and business owners, operational observations, problem-solving activities, product ideation or prototype development, peer exchange, and networking. Ultimately, Entrepreneur Quest Season 2 aims to move beyond conventional study visits by creating a practical platform where participants can learn from real businesses, exchange knowledge, validate ideas, identify opportunities, and build meaningful connections across Cambodia’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
