Announcement Description

The "Entrepreneurship and Business Management Training for Aquaculture Farmers" program is a pilot project which aims to address the immediate needs of the farmers who have made their living in aquaculture practices. The training may target small farmers who need the basic knowledge on entrepreneurship and business management to improve their daily operations and increase their incomes. The program activities include 1). Preparation and Design Curriculum, 2). Training, 3). Mentoring and Coaching (on spot and virtual), 4) Creation of Tools, and 5) Follow-ups/Tracking Results

Step 1: Interested agencies/implementers/partners are to share their interest in the project by filling in the Google form (attached link below) no longer than 2 weeks from the date of the announcement.

Step 2: KE is to invite agencies/implementers/partners for a detailed project briefing after the closing date.

Step 3: Agencies/implementers/partners are to submit a proposal and budget plan within 15 working days after the project briefing.

Step 4: KE committee to review the submitted proposal and quotation.

Step 5: Agencies/implementers/partners to be awarded will be formally informed after the evaluation from the committee teams.


Submission Requirements

Required Documents

Khmer Enterprise would like to invite potential agencies/implementers/partners to submit sealed proposals and other required documents for the Entrepreneurship and Business Management Training for Aquaculture Farmers. The required documents are:

  • Program Proposal that covers the three components, including a brief activity plan, training curriculum, implementation methodology, executive team profiles, a list of potential experts, a weekly timeline for 6 months, and other networks.
  • Budget proposal that breaks down into activity lines (lump sum is not accepted)
  • Portfolio of previous or similar projects
  • The expected result of the planned program
