Step 3: Bidders to submit a program proposal and budget plan within one or two weeks after the project briefing
Step 4: KE to evaluate the proposal and budget plan from bidders
Step 5: The winning bidder will be notified in formal writing within one or two days of the review.

Project Description

The Khmer Enterprise Startup Award is an annual award competition among three award categories: high school, startup, and SMEs. The program's goal is to foster an entrepreneurial culture and strengthen networks among all players in Cambodia's ecosystem. Khmer Enterprise would like to invite any interested bidders to send an email indicating their interest in the project, following the bidding steps outlined below. Khmer Enterprise will fund the project, with the winning bidder responsible for designing, planning, managing, and implementing the entire program.
