Announcement Description

The “Khmer Enterprise Package Plus Plus program” aims to provide additional financial support on technical upgrades to startups and SMEs' business operations to improve competitiveness and achieve scalability.

The program will be conducted through consultation within the 2 service tracks (Food Safety Consultant and Legal Consultant) for a maximum of 15 SMEs per year, according to the actual selected sub-services by the SMEs.

Bidding Components

  • Step 1: Interested retainer service providers/partners are to share their interest by filling out the form by scanning the QR code, or the link provided.
  • Step 2: KE to invite retainer service providers/partners for a detailed project briefing after the closing date.
  • Step 3: Retainer service providers/partners are to submit a proposal and budget breakdown within three weeks after the project briefing.
  • Step 4: The KE committee to review the submitted proposal and quotation.
  • Step 5: Retainer service providers/partners awarding be formally informed after the evaluation by the committee team.

Submission Requirements

Required Documents

Khmer Enterprise would like to invite potential retainer service providers/partners to submit sealed proposals and other required documents for the Khmer Enterprise Package Plus Plus.

The required documents are:

  • Company profile (Business and tax registration certification)
  • Technical proposal including team member profiles
  • Portfolio of similar past projects, reference client reports, or case studies
  • Financial proposal with a detailed budget breakdown for each sub-service (timeline: 12 months)
