Bidding Components

  • Step 1: Interested agencies/implementers/partners are to share their interest by filling out the form by scanning the QR code or the link provided.
  • Step 2: KE to invite agencies/implementers/partners for a detailed project briefing after the closing date.
  • Step 3: Agencies/implementers/partners are to submit a proposal and budget plan within 15 working days after the project briefing
  • Step 4: The KE committee to review the submitted proposal and quotation.
  • Step 5: Agencies/implementers/partners to be awarded will be formally informed after the evaluation by the committee teams.

Required Documents

Khmer Enterprise would like to invite potential agencies/implementers/partners to submit sealed proposals and other required documents for the Consultancy for Data Collection Team Project.

The required documents are:

  • Project proposal that covers the several components, including company profile, methodology, timeline, and executive team members' profiles.
  • Budget proposal that breaks down into activity lines (no lump sum)
  • Samples of previous projects.
