“Annual Book 2026” is an official publication that showcases Khmer Enterprise’'s key achievements, program milestones, and impact throughout 2026. It serves as a comprehensive record of organizational performance, highlighting major initiatives, beneficiary success stories, partnerships, events, and communication activities. The publication is intended to inform stakeholders, partners, government, and the public while strengthening the visibility and credibility of Khmer Enterprise's work.
Khmer Enterprise is seeking a qualified agency to provide design and production services for the Annual Book 2026. The selected agency will be responsible for designing two versions of the books (English and Khmer), supporting the proofreading of both versions, printing the final books, and delivering the completed publications in accordance with Khmer Enterprise's requirements.
Required Documents
After the briefing session, interested agencies/partners submit sealed proposals and other required documents for Annual Book 2026. The required documents include:
- Company Profile
- Company Registration (e.g.: Patent & VAT Certificates or other licenses with relevant authorities)
- Proposed design concept for the book
- Provide team structure and member profiles
- The budget plan of the project and timelines
- Samples of previous projects
Submission Requirements
Interested bidders may submit their expression of interest for the project bidding via the following Google Form no later than 2nd September 2026, 5:00 PM. All bidding steps outlined under Section II, “Bidding Components,” must be followed
