Project Description

The Export Market Access Program aims to connect SMEs to international markets through export key players/aggregators, exporting to the EU, Asia, the United States, Australia, and other major markets. The implementer will achieve three main goals:

  • To connect export key players/aggregators with SMEs that don't have enough capacity to export their products to overseas markets.
  • To support the SMEs to fulfill the gap that is required from aggregators for the export market.
  • To conduct market intelligence and connect local aggregators with the main markets

Target Beneficiaries

  • Export key players/aggregators
  • Non-export and existing export SME who are looking for new export market destinations

Beneficiary Selection

  • Preference will be given to SMEs operating within the agricultural, food processing, and handicraft sectors.
  • Applicants must demonstrate that their products meet relevant quality and readiness standards for export.
  • Participating SMEs must demonstrate a strong commitment to full program engagement and a clear intent to expand their product presence in international markets.

Bidding Components

Submission Requirements

Required Documents

Interested Implementers/partners to submit sealed proposals and other required documents for the Export Market Access Program. The required documents include:

  • Company Profile
  • Company Registration (e.g., Patent & VAT Certificates or other licenses with relevant authorities)
  • Concept notes or proposals include a brief activities plan and team member profiles
  • The detailed budget plan of program arrangements and timelines
  • Samples of previous projects
  • The expected result of the program

Interested Implementers/partners who are competent in conducting similar programs can express their interest in the project bidding by completing the form at the link provided here no later than 04 August 2026, 5:00 PM. The bidding steps indicated under Section II ‘Bidding Components’ are required to follow.
