Therefore, Khmer Enterprise invites interested implementers to express their interest in attending a detailed project briefing.

Bidding Components

Submission Requirements

Required Documents

Interested Implementers/partners to submit sealed proposals and other required documents for Business and Product Matching. The required documents include:

  • Company Profile
  • Company Registration (e.g., Patent & VAT Certificates or other licenses with relevant authorities)
  • Concept notes or proposals include a brief activities plan and team member profiles
  • The detailed budget plan of program arrangements and timelines
  • Samples of previous projects
  • The expected result of the program

Submission Requirements

Interested Implementers/partners who are competent in conducting similar programs can express their interest in the project bidding by completing the form at the link provided here no later than 25th May 2026, 5:00 PM. The bidding steps indicated under Section II ‘Bidding Components’ are required to follow.
