Summary

CCF is currently looking for potential companies to supply Computer Desktop, Laptop, tablet.

Eligibility

  • The bidder shall fulfill the following requirements to be eligible for bid submission;

Submission Requirements

  1. The deadline for bid submission is by 2:00 PM, Monday 19th October 2026, with a sealed and secured envelope sent to the address provided in the contact detailed.
  2. The sealed bids will be opened internally on the same day by the CCF procurement committee at 2:30 pm.
  3. Evaluation will be undertaken on a pass/fail basis, and the bidder who submitted the most competitive, substantially responsive bid shall be the one recommended for the award of the contract or negotiation. CCF reserves the right to further negotiate with the pre-selected company to ensure the cost taken into account of the value of money.
  4. The bid shall remain valid 30 (thirty) business days after the Deadline for Submission.
