Cambodian Children’s Fund (CCF) is a 501(c)(3) U.S. registered charity with a mission to “transforming the most impoverished children into tomorrow's leaders”. Our approach is based on a fundamental belief that education will provide children with pathways out of poverty.

CCF operates in Cambodia though strong supporting relationship development and fundraising businesses in USA, Australia, UK, and Hong Kong. It has grown rapidly since its inception. To support the development, CCF is currently looking for the qualified contractor to Construct One Floor and Renovation (Multi‐Purpose Learning Hub Project).

Summary

The work is required by CCF (hereinafter called "CCF '') now invites sealed bids to eligible contractors (hereinafter called "The Bidders’) join the bid.

The Invitation for Bid (IFB) consists of this cover page, step and the following below:

Eligibility

  • Having specifiction location/address
  • Good background with other companies/NGO

Submission Requirements

Interested and qualified eligible contractors are invited to receive a copy of the bidding documents at CCF Head office from 29th June 2026 during working hours (8:00 to 12:00 PM and 2:00 to 6:00 PM).

Bidders may visit and be deemed to have visited the project site on 01st June 2026 at 9:30am at address mention in the contact details.

Bid clarification: A prospective Bidder requiring any clarification scope of works, BOQ and bidding document may notify CCF in writing to email provided in the contact details.

The response will be made in writing to any request for clarification by 06th July 2026.

The deadline for bid submission is by 2:00PM on 10th July 2026 at the address shown below. The sealed bids will be opened internally by the CCF procurement committees on the same day by 2:30PM. 

Evaluation will be undertaken on a pass/fail basis and the bidder submitting the lowest substantially responsive bid shall be the one recommended for award of contract.
