Cambodian Children’s Fund (CCF) is a 501(c)(3) U.S. registered charity with a mission to “transforming the most impoverished children into tomorrow's leaders”. Our approach is based on a fundamental belief that education will provide children with pathways out of poverty.

CCF operates in Cambodia though strong supporting relationship development and fundraising businesses in USA, Australia, UK, and Hong Kong. It has grown rapidly since its inception. To support the development, CCF is currently looking for the qualified contractor to build the School Building.

Summary

The supply under the civil works of school construction located at Prek Toil Village, Sangkat Stoeung Meanchey II, Khan meanchey II, phnom penh.

The construction is required by CCF (hereinafter called "CCF") now invites sealed bids to eligible contractors (hereinafter called "The Bidders’) to construction school- 4 floors with 1,112.16 square

  • Ground floor: 7mx33.6m
  • 1st floor to 3rd floor: 8.7m x 33.6m

Bidder’s Qualifications

The bidder shall fulfill the following requirements to be eligible for bid submission;

  • Valid registration as a registered company
  • Form of bid with lump sum cost estimate

  1. Expressions of interest via company email are required by the end of business day (5 pm) Thursday, 12th March 2026. The email is to be sent to email provided in the contact details.
  2. Qualified eligible companies, as determined by CCF, will be sent the link to the relevant tender documents for Step 2 on Friday, 13rd March 2026 by 5PM via email. Ineligible companies, as determined by CCF, will not be advised, and no statement of reasons will be provided.
  3. The shortlisted Bidders may visit and be deemed to have visited the project site On Monday,16th March 2026 at 9:30am.
