Summary

CCF operates in Cambodia though strong supporting relationship development and fundraising businesses in USA, Australia, UK, and Hong Kong. It has grown rapidly since its inception. To support the development, CCF is currently looking for the qualified contractor to build the Green House Community Project. Herewith the main scopes outline below:

  1. Ground/preparation/land backfill
  2. Manhole and Drainage system
  3. Plastering Fence 208.31mx2.5m
  4. 51 Standard House 4mx 4m and WC 1.70mx1.2mx2.30m
  5. Playground 6.60mx6mx4m
  6. Reading room and Library 12mx6m
  7. Learning space & Extra Class 12mx6m
  8. 6mx6m Devine (Small Pagoda), painted mural, Stone Buddha 2m
  9. Landscape work

The supply under the civil works of Green House Community Project Construction located at Prek Toil Village, Sangkat Stoeung Meanchey II, Khan meanchey II, phnom penh.

The work is required by CCF (hereinafter called "CCF '') now invites sealed bids to eligible contractors (hereinafter called "The Bidders’) join the bid.

The Invitation for Bid (IFB) consists of this cover page, step and the following below:

Step 1 - Pre-qualified bidder

Bidder’s Qualifications

The bidder shall fulfill the following requirements to be eligible for bid submission;

  • Valid registration as a registered company
  • Completed Bidder Information Form (Information regarding any litigation, current or past experience in which the Bidder was/is involved, the parties concerned, and the disputed amounts and awards) –refer to step 1- documents, The Main Contractor Information Form please Click here to access If you have issues in obtaining the form, please contact the email address below.

Expressions of interest via company email is required by the end of business day (5PM) on 30th December 2025. The email is to be send to email provided in the contact details.

Qualified eligible companies, as determined by CCF, will be sent the link to the relevant tender documents for Step 2 on 31th December 2025 by 3PM via email. Ineligible companies, as determined by CCF, will not be advised, and no statement of reasons will be provided.

Step 2 - Bidding Process

The shortlisted Bidders may visit and be deemed to have visited the project site On 05th January 2026 at 9:30am at the approximate location in the map

The deadline for bid submission is by 2:00 PM on 14th January 2026. The bid must be placed in sealed and secured envelope sent to the address below.

The sealed bids will be opened internally on the same day by the CCF procurement committee at 2:30 pm.

Evaluation will be undertaken on a pass/fail basis, and the bidder submitting the most competitive, substantially responsive bid with valued engineering proposals shall be the one recommended for the award of the contract or negotiation. CCF reserves the right to further negotiate with the pre-selected company to ensure the cost taken into account of the valued engineering.

The bid shall remain valid 30 days after the Deadline for Submission.
