Good Neighbors Cambodia (GNC) belongs to Good Neighbors International which is an international humanitarian and development NGO in General Consultative Status with the UN ECOSOC.
Good Neighbors Cambodia (GNC) is the field country office of Good Neighbors International working in 36 countries in the world. GNC is implementing a long-term development program focusing on sponsorship, child protection, education, health, WASH, income generation & partnership building and advocacy in 6 Community Development Programs and 1 Social Enterprise in 4 provinces and 1 city of Cambodia. GNC is now working with key sustainability partners and relevant departments of government and NGOs to promote positive impacts for vulnerable people, especially children.
Income Generation is one of the main programs of Good Neighbors Cambodia with deep consulate relevant key stakeholders and key partners in order to create proper jobs with stable income for community people and youth who drop out school at urban area in Phnom Penh. The key outcomes of this project are to expand the youth employment in transportation business; And introduce the sustainable transportation business considering environment and safety through a transportation cooperative.
Good Neighbors Cambodia would invite qualified companies to attend bidding for supplying 14 auto rickshaw, model “Bajaj 2025”.

Quotation documents are provided to bidders free of charge from the date of this notice at all business hours and must be submitted to Good Neighbors Cambodia no later than 15 October 2025 at 17:00 pm. The organization does not accept late bids.
Note: The selection of the above motorcycle and related equipment suppliers is based on the evaluation of the Good Neighbors Cambodia Procumbent Committee.
