Announcement Description

Scope of Bid

  1. Korea Foundation for International Healthcare (KOFIH) is a government-affiliated organization under the Ministry of Health and Welfare of the Republic of Korea. KOFIH has been cooperating with the Ministry of Health of the Kingdom of Cambodia since 2011 to improve healthcare services, especially for maternal, neonatal, and child health.
  2. In 2024, the Ministry of Health of the Kingdom of Cambodia and KOFIH agreed to implement a project named “Improving Quality of Care for Emergency Obstetric and Newborn Care in the Northwest Region in Cambodia” which include the province of Battambang, Pursat, Pailin, and Banteay Meanchey.
  3. KOFIH now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for supplying medical equipment for health facilities in Battambang, Pursat, Pailin, and Banteay Meanchey.

Submission Requirements

Bid submission

Method and deadline for submission of bids

Bids must be sent to the Purchaser via the email address provided below only, no later than the date and time indicated below.

The deadline for the submission of bids must be at 15:00 on 20th November 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Bid opening

Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bid Evaluation Committee, which consists of representatives from the KOFIH Cambodia Office and relevant officers, on 20 November 2025 at 15:30.

Attendance of bidders or their representatives during the bid opening is not required.
